Invoice in Seconds is built around a privacy-first invoicing workflow. In free mode, invoice data is stored in your browser and is not uploaded to our database unless you choose to use cloud features.

Data stored in your browser

Free-mode invoice details, business profile fields, template preferences, and white-label preferences may be stored locally in your browser using localStorage. Clearing your browser data can remove this information.

Cloud features

If you sign in or use cloud sync, invoice history, saved clients, recurring schedules, portal records, early-access requests, and related settings may be stored in Supabase so the app can sync across devices.

Client portals

When you publish a client portal, anyone with the private portal link can view that invoice until you disable the portal. Portal views may update the invoice status to Viewed.

Payments

Payment links are links you add to your invoices. Invoice in Seconds does not process card payments directly in this preview version.
